GET STARTED - INDIVIDUALS
Individual volunteers or small friends/family groups must first create a volunteer profile in our system and attend a Volunteer Orientation. "Click Here" to register and create a volunteer profile and sign up for an upcoming volunteer orientation.
At Volunteer Orientation you will learn more about: How SafeHouse Outreach began, Our History, Our current Organizational Structure, Safety Tips, Instructions on How to "Sign Up" For Volunteer Opportunities, and much more.
Once you completed the Volunteer Orientation, your profile will be "approved" in our system. From there, you will be able to view and "sign up" for various volunteer opportunities.

Create a profile in our “System” and "sign up" to volunteer. DO NOT just show up. Be sure to register in advance.
If you have volunteered with SafeHouse Outreach in the past or attended a Volunteer Orientation previous to September, 2022 you may need to create a profile in order to view and sign up for volunteer opportunities. “Click Here” to create a profile. Once you have done so, please email chuck@SafeHouseOutreach.org. We will review and approve your profile so you can see and "sign up" for future volunteer opportunities.

GROUP VOLUNTEERS- Groups (Churches, Ministries, Organizations, Companies, Schools, Clubs, etc.), are a major part of the thousands of volunteers that serve with us each year. We love developing “Partnerships” with other likeminded groups.
Groups of volunteers can serve in the following ways and more...
Impact Meals – Have your group provide and serve the “Impact Meal” one evening or become a monthly Impact Meal partner.
Outreach Events – Join us for our annual Thanksgiving event, City Walks, Work Projects, and more Outreach Events.
Host A Drive – Organize a drive to gather items frequently needed by our clients. “Click here” to see our most needed items.
Schedule a Day Trip – Join us for a day trip that can consists of an Orientation/ Q&A, a City Walk, Work Projects, and an Impact Meal Service.
Get Started - Groups If you are the leader of a Group (church, ministry, club, company, school, etc.) and would like to talk with us more about “partnering” together, send an email to Chuck@SafeHouseOutreach.org. Once you contact us, someone from our team will be in contact shortly to arrange a time to meet and talk about possible ways we can partner.
Once we determine how we are going to partner together we will define our partnership and your group will become an “Approved Partner” of SafeHouse Outreach.

- City Walk - We walk the streets of Atlanta and pray for the City and people we are attempting to reach. This is a great opportunity to familiarize your group with the city and to see more of the areas where the people we are reaching live and socialize.

- Get priority pick of volunteer dates and large event participation.
- Receive an exclusive group volunteer webpage. This webpage will be where your group’s individual volunteers will create their volunteer profiles and sign up for volunteer opportunities. Everyone will need to create their own profile and sign up for volunteer opportunities.
- Automatic approval for volunteers that create a profile through your profile. – They do not have to attend an in-person volunteer orientation.
