The 24/7 Commission is our Resource Engine. Volunteerism, donations, the learning community, community give back, urban nation, impact services, internships and more brings talents, skills, and muscle to everything we do.
Whether volunteering for outreach or enrolling in outreach training, we are all Co-Missionaries here at SHO.
SafeHouse believes that everyone can bring help to the hurting if given the right opportunity.

What can you do?
You can Volunteer
Time and energy given can be as valuable as a dollar spent. Typically in a year’s time, SafeHouse Outreach will have over 8,000 volunteers per year prep & serve meals, mentor a child, participate in Block Parties and Impact Atlanta Initiatives, team up on work projects, or implement Life Action Plans.

What do you have?
You have your gifts and talents
Sometimes it’s the most obvious that we can’t see. Are you good with children? Feel the most productive in an office setting? Love to cook or work on cars? These are all skills and talents that can be used to change a person’s life.
You may know SafeHouse Outreach as a place where people can get help but did you know that we also train others to do the same?
Our Training programs provide hands-on experience with outreach and program implementation to:
